大学生就业不仅关乎学生个人的生存与发展,而且关系家庭的幸福、社会的稳定、国家的富强,因此高校大学生就业指导工作具有重要意义。国外一些国家的就业指导实践积累了丰富的经验可资借鉴,以实现我国大学生就业指导实施的全程化、就业指导人员的专业化、就业指导内容的弹性化、就业指导对象的个性化和就业指导手段的信息化。

Obtaining employment is not only connected with the survival and development of individual college students, but also with the well being of the family, the stability of society and the prosperity of the country, so the career guidance work in colleges and universities is of great significance. The practice of career guidance in some foreign countries, which gathers rich experiences, can be made a reference to realize the whole-processed career guidance to college students in our country, the specialization of the employees, the flexibility of work contents, the individuation of guiding objects and information-based methods of career guidance.
