马克思在《青年在选择职业时的考虑》一文中阐述对择业问题的见解。其中个人进行选择之际面临着选择的悖论、理智与非理性的挣扎及利他与利己的殊途同归的困境。良好的能力是个人选择职业的基础;父母为个人职业选择提供的情感支持;一定社会关系是职业的有力支撑等理论构成职业的结构系统。在择业时,青年可以选择最有尊严的职业,选择基于正确思想的职业,选择广阔而完美的职业,并遵循人类幸福和自我完善的要点。耙犁深耕文本,探赜索隐青年马克思择业观对当代青年的价值启示。
Abstract：Marx's views on the problem of choosing a career are expounded in the article "Considerations of the young in Career Choice". The individual choice when facing the paradox of choice, the struggle of reason and irrationality and the dilemma of altruism and self-interest.Good ability is the basis of choosing an individual career; parents provide emotional support for personal career choice; social relationship is a powerful support for career and other theories, which constitute the system structure of occupation. When choosing a career, young people can choose the most dignified profession, choose a career based on correct thinking, choose a broad and perfect occupation, and follow the essentials of human happiness and self-improvement. Delve into the text,exploring the Enlightenment of young Marx's view of choosing a career on the value of contemporary youths.
