中国基督教女青年会是一个集宗教组织、妇女组织、青年组织为一体的复合型组织,从成立之初起,即确定了以基督之精神为根本、以女性事业服务为方向、以促进和推动女性健康发展为目标的组织定位,以包容、开放的姿态,开展了大量推动女性参与社会管理和公共服务、促进女性和儿童全面发展的社会服务。

Young Women Christian Association(YWCA) of China is a Complex organization which set religious organization,women organization,youth organization as one.From the establishment,it established the organization position which foundation is spirit of Christ,direction is female service,and goal is to promote and facilitate the development of women.With an inclusive and open attitude,YWCA of China has carried out a lot social services to promote women's participation in social management and public services,to advance full development of women and children.
