习近平法治思想为高校培育新时代大学生的法治素养提供了重要指南和根本遵循,用习近平法治思想培育新时代大学生的法治素养是高校的重要使命。文章探讨了大学生法治素养的内涵与特征,分析了影响大学生法治素养培育面临的困境,提出要将法治教育与思想政治理论课程建设紧密结合起来,努力从课程改革、学校助推、社会支持等方面全面提升新时代大学生法治素养。

Xi Jinping's rule of law thought provides important guidance and fundamental follow for colleges and universities to cultivate the rule of legal quality of college students in the new era. It is an important mission of colleges and universities to use Xi Jinping's rule of law ideology to cultivate the rule of c of college students in the new era. This paper explores the connotation and characteristics of college students' legal quality, analyzes the difficulties that affect the cultivation of college students' legal quality, proposes to combine the rule of law education with the ideological and political theory curriculum construction; tries to comprehensively improve college students' legal quality in the new era from the aspects of curriculum reform, school promotion and social support.
