城市化进程中农村青壮年劳动力长期外出务工,亲子关系呈现断链或缺位状态,隔代抚养使乡村家庭遭遇育儿和养老双重压力。本文以H省D村家庭育儿观念变迁和代际合作实践为例,根据祖辈参与儿童抚育的程度和方式,把隔代抚养模式分为祖辈"较少参与型"、"适当参与型"、"较多参与型"和"完全托付型"。在祖辈"较多参与型"和"完全托付型"模式中,祖辈的生活质量受到较大影响,不利于儿童发展。政府和社会应及时提供社会保护和支持,形塑"断链后的再链接"机制,破解隔代抚养儿童社会化障碍,增强乡村家庭自我保障和抵御风险能力,为儿童成长营造健康的心理和社会环境。
Abstract：Being working outside the hometowns in a lengthy period of time in the process of urbanization, the rural young and adult laborers suffer broken or inadequate parent-child connections and pressures from both the child-raising and parents caring. Taking the evolution of family concept about child-raising and the practices of cooperation among generations as an example, according to the degree and methods of participation of grandparents into grandchild raising, this article divides involvement of the grandparents into the children raising via skip-generation mode as "less participators", "moderate participators", "more participators" and "complete guardians". The latter two modes have more negative effect on the life quality of the grandparents and disadvantages to the development of the children. The government and society should provide social protection and support to form the "reconnection after separation" mechanism, clear the social obstacles in the children raising via skip-generation, and strengthen the family-supporting and risk-resistance abilities in rural villages in order to create a positive atmosphere in both psychology and society.
