本研究基于全国五城市已婚青年的调查数据,以是否有孩子为标准将在职青年分为两组,分别探讨其"家庭-工作"冲突的影响因素。统计结果表明:对于无孩子的青年而言,夫妻关系对"家庭-工作"的冲突有显著影响,夫妻关系越好,"家庭-工作"的冲突程度越低;对于有孩子的青年,除夫妻关系外,职业特征、职业价值观和育儿观念分歧对"家庭-工作"的冲突程度亦有显著影响,具体表现为:那些夫妻关系越差、工作时间相对固定、将工作视为自我实现方式的,以及与父母在育儿观念上存在分歧的青年,"家庭-工作"冲突的程度越高。

The purpose of this article is to explore the "family-work" conflict on youth in employment and the relative factors. Based on the survey of married young people in five cities, the authors divide the young people into two groups according to having children or not. Statistics show that the relationship between husbands and wives has significant influence on the "family-work" conflict within the families without children, the better relationship the couples have,, the lower frequency of the "family-work" conflict occurs; However, for young couples with children, what counts not only the marital relationship, but also profession, outlook of value towards career and difference in child nurturing. Speaking in detail, the couples suffer higher frequency of "family-work" conflict who have strained family atmosphere and relatively fixed work hours, or regard career as a way of personal fulfillment, and those couples are also included who have different attitude towards nurturing children with their parents.
