毛泽东围绕"如何认识与评价青年"、"如何教育与发展青年"以及"如何团结与发挥青年"几个关键问题的思考与回答,构成了毛泽东青年观的主要思想内容,为中国共产党青年工作实践提供了重要的理论武器与行动指南。它的价值历久弥新,在新时代实现"中国梦"的当代语境中,对青年工作健康发展仍然具有重大的指导意义:第一,青年工作必须要以坚定的立场来关注青年,始终坚持中国共产党的领导;第二,青年工作必须要以科学的方法来关心青年,将照顾青年的特点贯穿青年工作始终;第三,青年工作必须要以全面的行动来关爱青年,促进青年健康成长与社会和谐进步。
Abstract："How to understand and evaluate the youth", "how to develop the youth" and "how to unite and play the role of the youth" constitutes the main content of Mao Zedong's view of youth. It provides the theoretical and practical guide for the youth work practice for Communist Party of China and plays an important guiding role in the realization of the Chinese dream. First, youth work must pay close attention to young people with a firm stand and always adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party of China. Second, youth work must be based on scientific methods care for the young, will take care of the characteristics of youth through youth work always; third, youth work must be concerned with young people in a scientific way and take care of the characteristics of youth. Third, youth work must take full action to care for young people to promote the healthy growth of young people and social harmony and progress.
