实践是促进大学生自由全面发展和实现自我价值的重要途径。新时代高校实践育人工作面临着价值取向功利化、信息化发展颠覆传统理念、"国际化"冲击"本土化"发展等等新的挑战。实践育人是新时代实现高校立德树人根本任务的有效途径,是培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的关键环节,是培养德才兼备全面发展的人才的必然要求。以社会主义核心价值观为指引,以提升网络化治理水平为手段,以"四个正确认识"为重要内容,是实现新时代高校实践育人时代价值的有效路径。

Practice is an important path for promoting college and university students to realize free and integrated development and self-worth. The education through practice in colleges and universities in new era faces new challenges including the utilitarianism in value orientation, the revolutionizing traditional ideas with the development of information technology, the impacting of "internationalization" on the development of "localization". Education through practice is an effective way in realizing the basic tasks of strengthening moral education and cultivating people in colleges and universities in new era, the key links in fostering and practicing the socialist core values, and inevitable requirement for cultivating the talents with both political integrity and professional competence and of integrated development. The guidance of socialist core values, the measure of promoting the network governance level, and the important content of "the Four Correct Understanding" serve as the effective routes for realizing the value of times of education through practice in colleges and universities in the new era.
