中国入世之后,中外合作办学是高等职业教育领域应对全球化挑战的合理选择。发展中外合作办学,需要适时地转变教育理念,增强国际意识、学习意识、改革意识、品牌意识、质量意识和法律意识,建立终身教育观念和能力本位的教育质量观念,并着重培养合作意识与合作能力。

After the entering of WTO, the transnational cooperative school education is a rational choice for the challenge of globalization. We must change education ideal in time, enhance the consciousness of international, reformation, quality and legality. The notion renovation is also needed, such as the building of notion of lifelong deucation and notion of education quality based on capability, and emphasizing on the consciousness and ability of cooperation.
