习近平总书记关于青年工作的重要论述是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分，是在继承了马克思主义青年工作思想的基础上对新时代中国共产党青年工作的发展创新。党的十八大以来，习近平关于青年工作的重要论述从不同维度诠释了为什么要培养青年、培养什么样的青年、怎样培养青年的问题。立足新时代，践行习近平关于青年工作的重要论述需要始终坚持党对青年工作的领导，大力发挥共青团联系服务青年的作用，充分发挥高校思想政治理论课的主阵地作用，以及强化新时代青年的使命担当意识。
Abstract：General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on youth work is an important part of Xi Jinping's thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, which is a development and innovation of the youth work of the Communist Party of China in the new era on the basis of inheriting the Marxist thought on youth work. Since the 18th CPC National Congress,Xi Jinping's important discourse on youth work have interpreted the questions of why youth should be cultivated, what kind of youth should be cultivated, and how youth should be cultivated from different dimensions. Based on the new era, practicing Xi Jinping's youth work always requires adhering to the Party's leadership of youth work, vigorously exerting the role of the Communist Youth League in contacting and serving the youth, giving full play to the role of the ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities as the main position, and reinforcing the sense of mission and responsibility of the youth in the new era.
